Shipping Policy

We are using DTDC and Indian Postal Parcel Service for Delivering our products throughout Kerala and other States in India. So we give them information about you in terms of your Address and contact information so that they can deliver the product which you have purchased.

  1. Extra Shipping is required as we don't have our own delivery fulfilment department. And shipping charges are set according to the weight of the product.

  2. Currently we are mostly based in the state of Kerala, and other southern states. but we look forward to extend our service to other states too.

  3. while check out use the best option that is available in your area, so that there won't be any issues later after we parcel your products.

  4. Usually delivery service takes about 7-10 days from dispatching to delivering. Longer the distance longer the delivery date it might be. some times it may go beyond 10 days because as we said above we depend on DTDC and Indian Postal Parcel service. 

  5. Make sure you give correct information about your address and working contact number.

  6. Cash on delivery is not possible as of now.

  7. Al though you have an option to come and pick from the store and in that case you need not pay anything for extra delivery charges.

What can I return?

You may request returns for most of the items you buy from sellers listed on www.richpearlswomenattire.com that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page and/or rich pearls Returns policy. Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged during the opening time of parcel, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on www.richpearlswomenattire.com

  1. Once used items will never be returned or refunded.

  2. Stitched items cannot be returned or refunded.

  3. Running materials (Because it is precisely cut for each customer) cannot be returned or refunded.

What are the return guidelines?

Following are the return guidelines:

  1. The item you purchase from Rich pearls must be eligible for return. ( i.e., Found missing materials, damaged by torn, burned, while parcelling or at the time of opening the product, received the wrong product) Usually we don't give refund for the products purchased but only replacement for eligible customers.

  2. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.

  3. Once the returned product is received by Rich pearls, you will, in accordance with Rich pearls refund Policy, be issued the refund by contacting you directly and finding out the best possible measures.

Where Can I View Status of Return / Replacement?

Once the returned item reaches Rich pearls store, the correct item will be parcelled through parcel services and shipment tracking ID will be send to the concerned customer.​

Can my order be replaced?

Only Rich Pearls Fulfilled  items will be eligible for replacement.

If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged/ defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a replacement as long as the exact item is available with Rich Pearls.

When will I get my refund?

Following are the refund processing timelines after the item is received by Rich Pearls:

  2. UPI Linked Bank Account 5-7 business days

  3. We don't accept Cash (pay) on Delivery Options.

  4. NEFT to Bank Account 7-14 Business Days 7-14 Business Days. (Valid only for outside online website purchase )
